If we won't run our own company this way, we have no business selling it to yours. So in August we ran our own filter on ourselves, cut our service list from six to three, and wrote down the work we'd stopped chasing.

What we do instead
We become the marketing department for companies that have marketing and nobody who owns it. We start with something concrete and dated, we stay if the work earns it, and at some point we're running the function.
